Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage all material logistics processes, including receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Ensure smooth processing of all incoming goods while considering applicable laws and regulations.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of incoming deliveries, including documentation and inventory management.
- Process, distribute, file, and monitor all documentation related to incoming goods to ensure a smooth document flow.
- Handle customer complaints and issues related to improperly delivered or damaged material within the specified framework.
- Analyze data collections and statistics to identify trends and areas for improvement, using available system support.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the commercial or industrial sector, such as a specialist in warehouse logistics or a merchant for forwarding and logistics services, or similar qualification with relevant work experience.
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP R/3.
- Excellent knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent German language skills in speech and writing.
