Job Title: Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Continental in Northeim. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Manage sales teams to achieve sales targets and improve sales performance
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales processes and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and improve sales results

Requirements:

  • Academic degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluent German and English language skills
