About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team at SWIETELSKY Baugesellschaft m.b.H. in the role of Construction Manager - Sports Facility Construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement construction plans and schedules for sports facility projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Coordinate and supervise construction sites, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in sports facility construction.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, project management software, and construction management tools.
