Position: Culinary Specialist (m/w/d)

Your Duties:

• Prepare and serve meals and beverages adhering to HACCP guidelines
• Portion and distribute meals effectively
• Plan, organize, and oversee kitchen service operations
• Engage in the planning and execution of events
• Inspect incoming supplies, manage stock, and oversee inventory
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and internal quality/hygiene protocols
• Propose innovative ideas for menu enhancements

Qualifications We Seek:

• Completed culinary training
• Preferably, experience in large-scale catering
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to maintain composure under pressure
• Dependable, open-minded, and a team player
• Passion for interacting with residents and treating them with dignity
