Position: Culinary Specialist (m/w/d)

Your Role:

• Prepare and serve meals and beverages adhering to HACCP guidelines
• Portion and distribute meals effectively
• Plan, organize, and oversee kitchen service operations
• Assist in organizing and facilitating events
• Inspect incoming supplies, manage stock, and distribute goods
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and internal quality/hygiene protocols
• Offer creative ideas and suggestions for menu enhancements

Candidate Profile:

• Completed culinary training
• Preferably, experience in large-scale catering
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to maintain composure under pressure
• Dependable, open-minded, and enjoys collaborative work
• Passionate about engaging with our residents and treating them with dignity
