We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Intent Data and Marketing Signals to join our Digital Industries Software (DISW) Communications team at Siemens Industry Software GmbH.
This is a unique opportunity to drive business impact by leveraging intent and marketing data, and integrating it within the related Sales Processes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Transformation: Drive the transformation to leverage Marketing Data & AI for improved business impact within the Global DI Comms & Marketing team.
- Subject Matter Expert: Act as leading subject matter expert and super-user for Intent Data, AI platforms, and external Marketing Data sourcing.
- Process Champion: Champion processes to enhance DISW Lead and Opportunity performance using cutting-edge martech tools and data analytics.
- Data-Driven Recommendations: Develop and redefine data-driven recommendations for sales follow-up actions.
- Process Development: Extend the value of new processes by enhancing relevant marketing programs and tactics.
- Process Flows and Integration: Define process flows, integration points, and roles for new processes.
- Value Proof and Reporting: Prove, document, and report the value of new processes and approaches.
- Adaptation and Alignment: Understand and adapt processes to different business scenarios, and align and scale new processes globally, adapting them for various regions.
- Data Analytics and Innovation: Develop and automate data analytics to generate audience segmentation and insights, and innovate the next level of Data-Driven Marketing.
- Experience: 8-10 years of B2B marketing, marcom, and sales experience in an industrial environment (preferably industrial products/software/services).
- Intent Data Expertise: Strong background with Intent Data.
- Marketing and Sales Expertise: Expertise in lead generation, demand modeling, multitouch attribution, and analytics.
- Quantitative Analysis: Proficient in quantitative analysis, insights, dashboards, and reporting.
- Data Skills: Advanced skills in Excel, data visualization, data exploration, big data processing frameworks, and machine learning.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, data science, or related field.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaboration Skills: Excellent collaboration skills across organizational, hierarchical, and cultural boundaries, with experience in global teams.
- Languages: English mandatory, German is a plus.
