Experimental Physicist for SAXMAT Beamline P62

- Provide technical and scientific assistance for experiments conducted at the SAXMAT beamline P.
- Aid in the setup and commissioning of new apparatus at the beamline.
- Engage in the development of experiment control and analysis software utilizing Tango/Sardana/Spock and Python.
- Establish an independent research agenda and collaborate on projects with external partners at beamline P.

Contract Duration: 3 years
Candidate Profile:- A completed higher education degree (master's or diploma) in physics, chemistry, or a related discipline, or equivalent expertise and experience.
- A PhD in physics, chemistry, or a closely related field.
- Familiarity with small-angle X-ray scattering instrumentation, preferably in hard condensed matter.
- Proficiency in data acquisition control software and scientific programming methodologies.
- Knowledge in nanoparticle research within the contexts of catalysis, battery technology, or other relevant research fields.
- Strong command of English and effective teamwork skills.
