Business Transformation Director

At Bosch, you will work in a cross-functional team, collaborating closely with internal customers on complex projects. Your role will be to provide impactful and tailored solutions to top management across the Bosch Group. - You will lead and deliver consulting projects, managing our BMC consulting team and key stakeholders on the customer side.
- You will help identify opportunities to address business needs and enhance capabilities to achieve long-term competitiveness and profitable growth.
- You will scope consulting projects jointly with the responsible partner and the customer.
- You will drive the overall analytical approach in line with strategic overarching objectives of the Bosch Group.
- You will challenge and derive conclusions, providing impactful and feasible recommendations to our internal clients.
- You will benefit from a trustful environment with highly motivated and inspiring colleagues, driving for impact while ensuring a work-life balance.
Qualifications
- Education: University degree in business, economics, engineering, or industrial engineering; an MBA is an advantage.
- Experience and Knowledge: Experience in a strategy consulting company with profound experience in consulting projects (Senior Consultant, 3+ years).
- Personality and Working Practice: Proven analytical capabilities and ability to distil information and present conclusions clearly. Entrepreneurial spirit and strong creativity to apply for problem solutions. Excellent communication skills. Excellent team player, self-motivated with a 'can do' attitude. Customer orientation.
- Languages: Fluent in English and comprehensive skills in German are an advantage.
