Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary SEO liaison for designated products within the organization.
  • Formulate, execute, and assess a comprehensive SEO strategy tailored for diverse products and content formats.
  • Engage in projects such as keyword analysis, internal link structuring, and hreflang deployment.
  • Regularly track and analyze SEO performance metrics.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and periodic SEO audits.
  • Collaborate with product management, web development, editorial, and design teams.
  • Facilitate communication with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in SEO, with exposure to both in-house and agency environments.
  • Demonstrated success in optimizing extensive websites through a data-driven and user-centric methodology.
  • Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Technical SEO proficiency, particularly in an agile team setting, with the capability to convey technical needs to developers and other team members.
  • Expertise in content SEO, especially for large-scale websites exceeding 1 million pages.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SEO principles (internal linking, crawl management, indexing techniques, hreflangs, canonicals, etc.).
  • Skilled in using SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, GA4, Google Search Console, Sistrix, Majestic, or similar platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities, capable of explaining SEO concepts to individuals with varying levels of expertise.
  • Ability to mentor and share knowledge with junior team members and interested parties.
  • Proficient in English, with good command of German.
