- Act as the primary SEO authority for various product lines
- Design, execute, and oversee a comprehensive SEO plan tailored for multiple products and content formats
- Engage in projects such as keyword analysis, internal link optimization, and hreflang deployment
- Regularly assess and track SEO performance metrics
- Perform detailed analyses and routine SEO audits
- Collaborate with product management, web development, editorial, and design teams
- Facilitate communication with both internal stakeholders and external partners
- At least 3 years of experience in SEO, with exposure to both in-house and agency environments
- Demonstrated success in optimizing extensive websites through a data-driven and user-centric approach
- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Technical SEO proficiency, particularly in an agile team setting, with the capability to convey technical needs to developers and other stakeholders
- Expertise in content SEO, especially for large-scale websites with over 1 million pages
- Comprehensive knowledge of SEO practices (internal linking, crawl management, indexing strategies, hreflangs, canonicals, etc.)
- Skilled in using SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, GA4, Google Search Console, Sistrix, Majestic, or similar platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities, capable of explaining SEO concepts to individuals with varying levels of expertise
- Aptitude for mentoring and sharing knowledge with junior team members and interested parties
- Proficient in English, with good command of German
