SAP Project Manager Job Description

PRACYVA is seeking a highly experienced SAP Project Manager to lead our IT projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing large-scale SAP projects from initiation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead engagement planning and budgeting, manage engagement teams, define deliverable structure and content
  • Facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client
  • Direct on-time and quality delivery of work products, manage engagement economics and manage engagement risk
  • Managed complex SoWs and contracts including change management
  • Experience with Program governance set up and managing using KPIs

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of overall professional experience, working with large IT ERP programs
  • At least 10 years of SAP engagement and project management experience
  • Must have executed at least 3 full end-to-end large SAP programs in Lead Program manager role
  • Hands-on experience working with regulatory and compliance teams (SoX and GmP)
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Professional certification e.g. PMP and post-graduate degree are desired
