About the Role

PRACYVA is seeking a highly experienced SAP Project Manager to lead our large-scale IT ERP programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing complex SAP projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engagement planning and budgeting, manage engagement teams, define deliverable structure and content, and facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels.
• Direct on-time and quality delivery of work products, manage engagement economics, and manage engagement risk.
• Managed complex Statements of Work (SoWs) and contracts, including change management.
• Experience with Program governance setup and managing using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Experience managing programs with combined SAP and non-SAP teams is a plus.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of overall professional experience, working with large IT ERP programs.
• At least 10 years of SAP engagement and project management experience.
• Must have executed at least 3 full end-to-end large SAP programs in a Lead Program Manager role.
• Hands-on experience working with regulatory and compliance teams (SoX and GmP).
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Professional certification (e.g., PMP) and post-graduate degree are desired.
