About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate SAP Project Manager to join our dynamic team in a key leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large IT ERP programs with at least 10 years of overall professional experience.
• Manage SAP engagement and project management experience with at least 10 years.
• Execute full end-to-end large SAP programs in Lead Program manager role with at least 3 successful deployments.
• Lead SAP S4 Hana deployments in life science environments with experience in Pharma/finance domain.
• Work closely with regulatory and compliance teams (SoX and GmP) and executive level teams for success of overall engagement and delivery.
• Manage engagement planning and budgeting, manage engagement teams, define deliverable structure and content, facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client, direct on-time, and quality delivery of work products, manage engagement economics and manage engagement risk.
• Manage complex SoWs and contracts including change management.
• Experience with Program governance set up and managing using KPIs.
• Experience managing programs with combined SAP and non-SAP teams a big plus.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Professional certification e.g. PMP and post-graduate degree are desired.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of overall professional experience, working with large IT ERP programs.
• At least 10 years of SAP engagement and project management experience.
• Must have executed at least 3 full end to end large SAP programs in Lead Program manager role.
• Must have experience in Pharma/finance domain.
• Hands on experience working with regulatory and compliance teams (SoX and GmP).
• Experience of having closely worked with executive level and Client Delivery / Project Manager for success of overall engagement and delivery.
