As an IT Domain & Solution Architect for Sustainability, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging technology to promote sustainability, shaping the future of our IT Sustainability team, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration on sustainability-related architectural matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement future-oriented architecture and transformation roadmaps in close collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring the interoperability of sustainability solutions across various architecture domains.
  • Maintain transparency regarding the current architecture for the IT Sustainability domain.
  • Engage actively with enterprise architects to align sustainability requirements across different business units and functions.
  • Create and standardize domain-specific concepts, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Support project leads and application owners in relation to IT domain and solution architecture for sustainability.
  • Define the design, implementation, and operation of IT solutions in accordance with established standards and architectural guidelines.
  • Assess the technical architecture of sustainability solutions and recommend enhancements.
  • Identify and document any deviations from the target architecture design.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations during audits related to sustainability IT architecture.
  • Stay informed about trends in sustainability and technology, identifying opportunities for improvement in the sustainability domain.
  • Engage with external communities to gain insights and share best practices in sustainability.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Over 5 years of experience as an IT Domain or Solution Architect.
  • Deep understanding of IT architecture principles and best practices.
  • Strong grasp of solution architectural concepts, particularly in integration and composability.
  • Passion for leveraging technology to drive positive change in sustainability.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment with high visibility from senior management.
  • Enjoyment in collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups to create a unified architectural landscape.
Preferred Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and tools, such as TOGAF.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on innovative and sustainable IT architecture design.
  • Knowledge of sustainability principles and how technology can support sustainability objectives.
  • Capability to work within cross-functional teams, bridging business needs and technical solutions.
  • Understanding of security and compliance issues in IT architecture.
