Job Title: Power Electric Engineer

At 理想汽车, we are seeking a highly skilled Power Electric Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our electrical development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced power semiconductor packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement electrical design technology roadmaps for SiC power modules
  • Collaborate with the team to complete pre-research on advanced packaging solutions and organize electrical technical cooperation with universities and research institutes
  • Design, simulate, and verify power module packaging and develop advanced electrical design techniques
  • Solve difficult problems related to power modules, such as oscillation, current sharing, system coupling, and module reliability
  • Investigate and track forward-looking technology of power semiconductor packaging
  • Develop SiC MOSFET chip simulation models and complete simulation and verification of dynamic characteristics
  • Select power chips, develop chip requirements, screen and optimize chip selection, and introduce new chips for batch production
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or above in microelectronics, power electronics, electrical engineering, or related fields
  • More than 8 years of experience in electrical development or technology research and development of power semiconductor packaging
  • Successful experience in electrical development of SiC modules, with a preference for those who have developed products that have achieved mass production status
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Familiarity with the overall situation of the semiconductor packaging industry and good interpersonal relationships
  • Solid theoretical foundation in microstructure, basic working principles, common failure modes, and power electronic circuits of power semiconductor devices
  • Proficiency in electromagnetic fields, circuits, power electronics, and basic principles of power devices
Preferred Skills:
  • Master SiC power module electrical design tools (such as Q3D, Pspice, Siwave, etc.)
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and learning
  • Proactive and creative
  • Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure
  • Self-confidence, self-motivation, and goal-driven orientation toward results
  • Good command of English written and oral communication skills, with Chinese oral language preferred
