Role Overview
As the Senior Manager of Transformation, you will be instrumental in shaping our desired HR operational framework by steering our People Shared Services Center (SSC) initiative and Global Harmonization Program. Your focus will be on enhancing global harmonization efforts within the SE People Team and across various local markets, including North America, Europe, and APAC. You will take charge of significant people harmonization and implementation projects. This position requires strategic insight, outstanding stakeholder management, and strong collaboration skills to ensure coherence between local markets and People Teams. The successful execution of harmonization and transformation initiatives, delivered on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard, is essential. Key Responsibilities
Lead Global Harmonization Initiatives:
Oversee the implementation of the harmonization and transformation roadmap while supporting the Transformation Lead in program management tasks. Propel the enhancement of global harmonization efforts, ensuring synchronized actions across local markets.Project Management:
Assume full responsibility for the People SSC rollout across specific functional areas and/or regions in collaboration with the broader Transformation team and local markets. Manage project execution, resource allocation, and drive operational efficiency. Evaluate data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement within the transformation program.Coordination and Collaboration:
Coordinate essential work streams across governance, processes, performance, change management (communications/training), and systems, ensuring appropriate governance and reporting. Promote collaboration between local markets and People Teams, ensuring alignment and coordinated efforts.Change Management:
Execute change management strategies, securing support from key stakeholders. Develop and implement communication plans to facilitate transformation initiatives.Strategic Planning:
Construct and refine the framework for future transformation initiatives. Report directly to the Transformation Lead within the People Operations department.Qualifications
Experience:
Demonstrated experience in project management and change management within a global HR context (minimum of 5 years preferred). Experience with SSC Transformation in a multinational organization is advantageous. Proven history of planning, developing, and executing projects for People teams in multinational companies.Skills:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and manage stakeholders effectively. Strategic mindset with a strong focus on execution. Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines. Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and ongoing success measurement. Proficiency in coordinating key work streams across governance, processes, performance, change management (communications/training), and systems. Strong change management capabilities, including the development and execution of communication strategies.Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline. Project management and/or change management certification is a plus.Language Proficiency:
