Role Overview
As the Senior Manager of Transformation, you will be instrumental in facilitating our desired HR operational framework by steering our People Shared Services Center (SSC) initiative and Global Harmonization Program. Your efforts will significantly contribute to the global harmonization strategies within the SE People Team and across various regional markets, including North America, Europe, and APAC. You will be responsible for leading essential people harmonization and implementation projects. This position requires strategic insight, outstanding stakeholder engagement, and strong collaborative abilities to ensure cohesive alignment between local markets and People Teams. It is vital to ensure the successful execution of harmonization and transformation projects, adhering to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities
Global Harmonization Leadership:
Direct the implementation of the harmonization and transformation strategy and assist the Transformation Lead in managing program activities. Propel the advancement of global harmonization initiatives, ensuring cohesive efforts across local markets.Project Management Excellence:
Assume comprehensive responsibility for the rollout of People SSC in designated functional areas and/or regions in collaboration with the broader Transformation team and local markets. Oversee project execution, resource allocation, and drive operational efficiency. Evaluate data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement within the transformation framework.Coordination and Team Collaboration:
Synchronize key work streams across governance, processes, performance metrics, change management (communications/training), and systems, ensuring effective governance and reporting. Promote collaboration between local markets and People Teams, ensuring synchronized efforts.Change Management Implementation:
Develop and execute change management strategies, securing commitment from key stakeholders. Create and implement communication strategies to support transformation initiatives.Strategic Development:
Construct and refine the framework for future transformation projects. Report directly to the Transformation Lead within the People Operations division.Required Qualifications
Experience:
Demonstrated experience in project management and change management within a global HR context (minimum of 5 years preferred). Experience with SSC Transformation in a multinational environment is advantageous. Proven success in planning, developing, and executing projects for People teams in multinational organizations.Skills:
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and manage stakeholders. Strategic mindset with a strong focus on execution. Outstanding organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines. Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and ongoing success measurement. Proficient in coordinating key work streams across governance, processes, performance, change management (communications/training), and systems. Strong change management capabilities, including the development and execution of communication strategies.Educational Background:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline. Project management and/or change management certification is a plus.What We Provide
