Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of personnel in a fast-paced retail environment
- Develop and implement effective personnel scheduling and vacation planning strategies
- Train and mentor apprentices and new employees to ensure seamless integration into the team
- Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain optimal stock levels
- Ensure proper product presentation and assortment maintenance to meet customer expectations
- Maintain a high standard of store appearance and visual merchandising
Requirements:
- Completion of a retail salesperson program or several years of experience in the food retail sector, preferably focusing on natural foods
- Strong interest in organic food and natural cosmetics
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Prior experience in team leadership, such as shift management or acting as supervisor
- Initiative and willingness to take responsibility for achieving business objectives
