IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at medatixx, a leading provider of innovative E-Health solutions for medical practices in Germany.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT infrastructure for our medical center solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Configure and install our additional solution, mediDOK, for image and document archiving, ensuring high levels of security and data integrity.
- Integrate existing medical equipment, such as EKG and ultrasound devices, using exchange formats like GDT and DICOM, into our outpatient and medical center solutions.
- Provide expert guidance to customers on setting up E-Health applications, including eArztbrief, eAU, and eRezept, within our telemedicine infrastructure.
- Offer technical support to users via remote assistance or on-site visits, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Completed education in IT or a related field, with experience in technical support of medical practice management systems.
- Strong knowledge of IT and networking technologies, including TCP/IP, firewalling, routing, and VPN.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft products, especially Windows 10/ Server/ SQL Server/ Terminal Server.
- Understanding of medical equipment connections, including GDT, BDT, LDT, and DICOM/PACS, is a plus.
- Service-oriented personality with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Willingness to travel for fieldwork, approximately 10% of the time.
