Client Architect Workplace Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our IT Service team as a Client Architect Workplace. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the heart of our organization, creating a significant impact by managing our global Windows fleet of over 8,000 devices and supporting our customers in their digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain our global Windows fleet, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
- Support our customers in their digital transformation journey, providing expert guidance and assistance.
- Collaborate with our team to commission new systems via Microsoft Autopilot / Intune, ensuring smooth integration and minimal disruption.
- Packaging and distribution of software packages in the Intune environment, ensuring efficient and secure deployment.
- Provide 2nd Level Support, resolving complex technical issues and automating processes to improve efficiency.
- Scale our IT systems to reduce costs and optimize performance, ensuring our infrastructure remains agile and responsive.
- Support our service processes, focusing on customer impact prevention and problem analysis to ensure seamless service delivery.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Completed IT training or degree, with a strong foundation in Windows administration and programming languages (preferably PowerShell or other scripting).
- Proven experience in application support and software development, with a focus on automation and process improvement.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows administration, with a strong understanding of business and production processes.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Autopilot / Intune, with experience in software packaging and distribution.
- Very good knowledge of German and excellent written and spoken English.
