  • Craft proposals and negotiate agreements
  • Recruit and manage Engineers and Scientists to ensure project success
  • Assist in devising and executing recruitment strategies
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • Proven experience in sales within the Engineering field
  • Proficiency in both English and German
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
