Job Overview

We are seeking a Lead Infrastructure Project Planner (m/f/d) to join our team at Deutsche Bahn. This role involves working across various divisions within the company, focusing on the planning and execution of infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities:
  • You will oversee the planning of measures within your area of expertise throughout all project phases, preparing documentation for the commissioning of planning and construction services.
  • You will also be responsible for contributing to the awarding of engineering contracts for planning and inspection services, as well as providing technical support during inspections and project developments.
  • With enthusiasm, you will create specifications, tender documents, and award documentation for construction execution, along with detailed execution planning.
  • To achieve project objectives while adhering to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards, you will coordinate content with clients and other technical disciplines.
  • You will advise our internal clients on project requirements and specifications.
Your Profile:
  • You hold a completed degree in civil engineering or a related field (Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Engineering) or as an Electrical Engineer in a comparable discipline (Telecommunications, Automation, Energy, or Information Technology).
  • Ideally, you have several years of experience in planning and/or coordinating (railway) infrastructure projects, including planning construction phases and preparing specifications.
  • Your knowledge of relevant regulations and standards enhances your profile, and we are willing to provide training for any necessary skills.
  • Your work style is characterized by a strong awareness of quality, cost, and deadlines, along with a high degree of independence and attention to detail.
  • As a problem-solver, you think customer-oriented and analytically, demonstrating confidence and reliability even in high-pressure situations.
  • You handle challenges with clients adeptly, are eager to learn new things, and look forward to achieving goals as part of a team.
