About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Strategy and Transformation Manager/Director to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising our clients on the development and implementation of IT strategies that drive business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement IT strategies that drive business growth and improvement
  • Conduct strategic projects to design and implement Target Operating Models (TOM) with a focus on digitalization, agility, and product orientation
  • Lead IT transformation projects and develop the IT organization of the future
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement IT strategies that drive business transformation

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field such as business, technology, or information technology
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT strategy and transformation consulting or IT service provision
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
