Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Business Consultant, you will be responsible for planning and managing tasks in our innovative and challenging strategy and IT projects in the Financial Services sector in all project phases - from bid development to project acceptance by the client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage tasks in strategy and IT projects in the Financial Services sector
  • Lead the moderation of presentations and workshops, and be responsible for their preparation and follow-up
  • Support the project team in developing innovative consulting products and approaches, and mentor junior consultants
Requirements
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Banking and Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Computer Science
  • Practical experience in the Financial Services sector and/or in management consulting
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as IT affinity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in German and English
