Our platform connects tenants with landlords, providing verified rental agreements and a range of landlord services, including professional photography of properties and comprehensive rental management solutions. Currently, we feature over 40,000 apartments across Europe and employ more than 180 dedicated professionals.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Business Operations Intern specializing in Real Estate (f/m/d) in Berlin, you will play a crucial role in our Wunderflats Plus team, contributing to the ongoing growth and success of our organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in developing the most innovative property management startup within the real estate sector.
- Take charge of providing exceptional care for our tenants and properties.
- Facilitate effective communication among tenants, landlords, and service providers.
- Oversee all operational processes related to renting furnished apartments, employing the latest technological solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Conduct apartment viewings, manage key handovers, and coordinate appointments with external service providers to uphold our high standards.
- Actively share your insights and support the team in refining processes and elevating service quality. Your contributions will be valued, and you will have the chance to test innovative solutions and improve operational efficiency.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Ideally, you possess experience in the real estate field or are eager to gain it.
- You demonstrate strong organizational abilities, reliability, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
