Role Overview:

We are in search of a highly capable Senior Sales Engineer who excels in an individual contributor role, bridging the gap between client needs and Market Logic's innovative AI solutions. As a trusted advisor, you will independently manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, showcasing our products' unique value in addressing critical business challenges.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with our Product Management, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure our solutions meet and exceed client expectations. Your ability to communicate complex technical solutions clearly and value-driven will be vital in driving successful client engagements.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Client Discovery & Workshops: Lead workshops to understand client workflows, pain points, and business challenges, establishing a foundation for effective solution design.
  • Value-Driven Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver impactful software demonstrations that articulate the value proposition of Market Logic's solutions, tailored to each client's needs.
  • Strategic Solution Consulting: Provide expert advice to clients, recommending solutions that address current challenges and anticipate future needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure client requirements are met and feedback is integrated into product innovation.
  • Proposal Development: Develop detailed responses to RFx requests and create solution proposals that highlight our strengths.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Extensive Experience: 5+ years in a presales solution consultant role, preferably in a SaaS technology company.
  • Independent Contributor: Proven ability to manage your pipeline and drive results independently.
  • Expert Communicator: Strong communication skills to convey Market Logic's products and solutions effectively.
  • Sales Cycle Insight: Deep understanding of the sales cycle and the role of Sales Engineers in accelerating deal closure.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of cloud-based SaaS solutions and experience in industries such as FMCG or pharma.
  • Industry Representation: Ability to represent the company at industry forums and conferences, showcasing expertise.
