Position Overview
SAP's Global Procurement Organization is looking for a proactive working student to support the Sourcing Excellence Champions DACH-EMEA Team:
- Assisting in ARIBA Sourcing Events
- Providing Project Management Support (SAP ARIBA + SAP Fieldglass)
- Global Preferred Supplier List/Application Assistance
- Contract Management Support (Supplier Management, Contracting & Sourcing)
- Reporting & Analytics
- Supplier Assessment & Classification
- MDG process involvement
- Ticketing Assistance
Your responsibilities may evolve based on your strengths and interests. Essential qualifications include a desire to learn, enthusiasm for Procurement topics, and a strong inclination towards technology.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences in areas such as Business Informatics, Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or Natural Sciences
- Language proficiency: Fluent in English; German is advantageous
- Willingness to learn and collaborate in an international environment
- Strong analytical skills & attention to detail
- Soft skills: Motivated, Service-Oriented, Results-Driven, Proactive, Team Player, Excellent Communicator, Independent & Adaptable
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint - advanced level
- Familiarity with SAP Technology is beneficial
- Project Management skills are a plus
- Ability to identify business opportunities
- Effective time management capabilities
- Continuous improvement of technical skills

The Global Procurement Organization at SAP is seeking an enthusiastic working student to strengthen the Sourcing Excellence Champions DACH-EMEA Team. This team primarily focuses on optimizing expenditure structures and management through negotiations and enhancements of commercial agreements on a global scale, while also developing collaborative strategies with other procurement teams and lines of business.
