Role Overview
SAP's Global Procurement Organization is looking for a dedicated working student to support the Sourcing Excellence Champions DACH-EMEA Team:
- Assisting in ARIBA Sourcing Events
- Providing Project Management Support (SAP ARIBA + SAP Fieldglass)
- Supporting the Global Preferred Supplier List/Application
- Assisting in Contract Management (Supplier Management, Contracting & Sourcing)
- Engaging in Reporting & Analytics
- Participating in Supplier Evaluation & Classification
- Contributing to the MDG process
- Offering Ticketing Support
Your responsibilities may expand based on your strengths and interests. Key qualifications include eagerness to learn, a passion for Procurement topics, and a strong affinity for technology.
Qualifications
- Student (f/m/d) at a university/uni of applied sciences in fields like Business Informatics, Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or Natural Sciences
- Language skills: Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Willingness to learn and collaborate in an international setting
- Analytical skills & strong attention to detail
- Soft skills: Motivated, Service-Oriented, Results-Driven, Proactive, Team Player, Excellent Communication, Independent & Flexible
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint - advanced
- Knowledge of SAP Technology is advantageous
- Project Management skills are a plus
- Identifying business opportunities
- Effective time management
