Role Overview

In the capacity of Senior Project Manager at HZI, you will serve as the primary liaison for our clients, ensuring the effective execution of advanced biomethane facilities. You will oversee multidisciplinary project teams to achieve project milestones, manage resources efficiently, track project progress, guarantee quality delivery, and liaise with stakeholders. Your specialized knowledge will play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver sustainable solutions in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directing project teams to achieve timelines and budgetary goals
  • Planning resources and overseeing project management
  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards, compliance, and successful project outcomes
  • Facilitating effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Engaging in negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Coordinating with regulatory bodies and subject matter experts

Required Qualifications:

  • Academic background in Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management
  • Significant experience in renewable energy initiatives or industrial construction projects
  • International experience in professional or personal contexts
  • Knowledgeable in biogas systems and associated environmental technologies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficient in English and German; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
