Role Overview
The Tech team at CoreTylynt offers a collaborative environment where you will work alongside a group of highly motivated and knowledgeable professionals, addressing intricate data-centric challenges.
- Data Modelling & Analysis: Design and uphold the company's business intelligence framework, conducting comprehensive analyses to derive valuable insights and trends. Generate dashboard reports and visualizations that facilitate informed business decisions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various divisions to comprehend their data requirements and deliver actionable intelligence. Convert business needs into technical specifications for data reporting and analysis.
- Performance Tracking: Oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of diverse business processes. Provide regular performance updates and insights to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Data Quality Management: Ensure the precision, consistency, and integrity of data utilized for analysis and reporting. Develop and execute data validation and cleansing procedures to uphold high data quality standards.
- Market and Customer Analysis: Examine market trends and customer behaviors to pinpoint opportunities for business growth and optimization. Deliver insights into customer segmentation, purchasing patterns, and product performance.
- Tool and System Oversight: Employ business intelligence tools and platforms (such as Tableau, Power BI, and Databricks) to manage and analyze data. Continuously enhance and optimize the BI infrastructure and reporting capabilities.
- Innovation and Best Practices: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics. Implement innovative solutions to refine data analysis and reporting processes.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven Experience: Extensive background in business intelligence, data analysis, and reporting, with a demonstrated ability to deliver actionable insights and high-quality reports in a dynamic environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL. Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and real-time data processing frameworks.
- Analytical Abilities: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong capability to present data insights and recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting, ensuring data quality and integrity in all analytical processes.
