Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Data Consultant, you will champion the effective use of data for our clients, demonstrating the tangible value that data can bring. Your ability to balance quality and efficiency will make you a favorite among colleagues. You will serve as the vital communication bridge between technology and business, engaging with both executive leadership and operational teams. We expect you to cultivate relationships with your peers and share your expertise within the team. This role presents an opportunity to tackle complex challenges while assisting startups and SMEs in making informed, data-driven decisions.
Specific Duties Include:
- Quickly grasping key business KPIs through discussions with relevant stakeholders, acting as a high-quality advisor.
- Defining the data consultant role by determining when dedicated resources are necessary for projects.
- Transitioning the data consultant role from a reactive to a proactive stance, guiding the integration of this role into project frameworks.

We are particularly interested in candidates who possess:
- Experience in fast-paced environments, managing projects and stakeholders with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Proficiency in SQL and visualization tools to extract insights for clients.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, tailored to various stakeholders.
- Business fluency in German (C2 or native level).
- Preferred: Expertise in one or more key data domains such as product, marketing, or operational analytics.
Located in Berlin, our team is currently comprised of 17 members, with plans to expand to 23 in the near future. We provide a range of benefits, including:
