MILES Mobility is seeking a seasoned Pricing and Yield Manager to drive revenue growth and optimize pricing strategies. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute pricing initiatives that balance revenue and contribution margin optimization.

Your Responsibilities
  • Design and implement pricing frameworks that consider fleet utilization, pricing, and supply and demand dynamics.
  • Develop pricing strategies that maximize revenue, utilization rates, and customer lifetime value across various regions and market segments.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand market trends, customer preferences, and pricing strategies of competitors.
  • Monitor and analyze pricing and yield management performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive development and execution of pricing strategies.
Your Profile
  • 5+ years of experience in pricing, yield management, or revenue management in fast-paced environments, preferably in the mobility or travel industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic pricing and yield management initiatives.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization.
  • Excellent problem-solving, structuring, and communication skills.
  • University degree in business administration, economics, statistics, industrial engineering, or similar.
