About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Lead Digital Health to join our team at Gerresheimer. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of digital health and driving innovation in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight for multiple projects, ensuring seamless end-to-end user journeys and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Design Thinking and Agile Implementation: Establish and execute Design Thinking phases, agile implementation, hypothesis formulation and testing, prototyping, and MVP definition to drive digital product development.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including top management, product management, strategy, software engineering, and customers/users to drive digital product development.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Build and grow a team of UX researchers and designers, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure high standards of excellence.
  • User Research and Innovation: Plan and execute user research projects, including usability tests, interviews, surveys, personas, customer journey mapping, field visits, and process innovation.
  • Methodology Development and Scaling: Develop and refine methodologies to scale Design Thinking and agile ways of working at Gerresheimer, driving continuous innovation and improvement.
  • User Advocacy: Serve as a user advocate, helping others gain insights into better understanding users, customers, and their needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's Degree in User Research-related studies (e.g., human-computer interaction, psychology, social sciences, design, media/communication sciences, business, or a comparable subject).
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in UX research and/or Design Thinking, with a strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative UX research methodologies and tools.
  • Design Thinking and Agile Expertise: Strong experience and deep know-how in Design Thinking and agile ways of working.
  • Strategic Thinking and Communication: Convincing track record of moving from customer insights to MVP, with strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
  • Research Methodologies: Extensive skillset to cover the full range of research methods, including qualitative and quantitative research, interviews, surveys, field studies, co-creation, workshops, and more.
  • Language Skills: Strong communication skills in English and German.
