About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Product B2C to lead our B2C growth and deliver on our product vision and strategy. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for creating a unique and seamless in- and out-of-classroom learning experience, centered around human-first teaching and connected by technology to enable meaningful progress.

Your Mission

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will support Lingoda's B2C growth and deliver on our product vision and strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of product managers to foster a culture of innovation and execution.
  • Coordinating strategic planning to align with company objectives and team dependencies.
  • Establishing and upholding best practices in product development and management.
  • Fostering collaboration across teams and stakeholders to build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Championing strategic evangelization to inspire and engage all relevant parties.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a highly experienced product leader with a proven track record of delivering significant milestones and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture. You should have:

  • Over 8 years of experience in product management in dynamic, high-growth tech environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide teams to achieve significant milestones and foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
  • Strong analytical mindset proficient in both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Consistently utilize insights to inform strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and drive product performance improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire teams and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
