Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Instandhaltung Team Lead to join our team at the Road Transit Hub. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in maintaining and servicing an automated package handling system and the facility's technical equipment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical leadership to the team, ensuring goals are met and objectives are achieved
- Creating and managing shift schedules to optimize team productivity
- Planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Managing vendors for maintenance services to ensure quality and reliability
- Investigating equipment failures to ensure system availability and identify areas for improvement
- Acting as a local contact for equipment modification and replacement projects
Requirements:
- Certified Mechatronics Technician with experience in logistics or facility management
- Minimum 4 years of relevant industry experience
- Experience in managing service level agreements and external vendors
- Proficiency in English
- Familiarity with maintenance procedures and safety protocols
- Ability to work in shifts and on call
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge of automation technologies like Siemens S7, Profibus, Profinet
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
