Product Manager Futures

Join our team at BIOTRONIK, a leading global manufacturer of cardio- and endovascular implants and catheters for heart rhythm management, electrophysiology, and vascular intervention. Our company is committed to developing, producing, and marketing high-quality medical products based on the latest research and technology.
As a Product Manager for Bradycardia, you will be responsible for developing long-term strategies, ensuring tactical planning, and preparing market launches for our innovative products. You will work closely with our global marketing team to identify customer needs and opportunities, and establish competitive profiles.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the future outlook and strategic roadmap for the bradycardia therapy segment
- Drive market intelligence and research to identify customer needs and opportunities
- Define and develop digital products and medical devices throughout their entire life cycle
- Plan and develop projects by generating and prioritizing new product ideas, defining product strategies, and maintaining product roadmaps
- Work closely with key opinion leaders, doctors, clinical staff, and patients to understand customer needs
- Support the creation of financial business cases for new product ideas based on market and internal feedback
- Collaborate with research and development, regulatory, clinical research, and regional teams
Your Profile
- You are a team player with a cooperative mindset, able to work independently and goal-oriented
- You have a strong hands-on mentality and can inspire others with your enthusiasm
- You have a degree in biomedical engineering, biomedical science, or business management, or a comparable area of focus
- You have experience in the healthcare/medical technology sector, preferably in cardiology
- You have excellent stakeholder management skills and can build a financial business case based on sound, informed decisions
- You are fluent in English and have good knowledge of German, both spoken and written
- You are comfortable working in an international environment and are willing to travel to interact with customers and regional interfaces
