At Neuraum Ventures GmbH, we're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of building for a better life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Insights: Gather, prioritize, and manage customer and market insights to inform product decisions.
  • Product Strategy: Collaborate with our Head of Product to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area of responsibility.
  • Go-to-Market: Lead all aspects of product release, onboarding, sales support, and customer engagement to ensure a seamless and successful product launch.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to make informed decisions and conduct thorough data analysis on user behavior to assess product performance and identify future development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience owning a full product or a significant part of one, with a strong focus on business, strategy, and analysis.
  • Significant experience in Go-to-Market activities, including launching, scaling, sales engagement, and onboarding.
  • Technical understanding to collaborate directly with front-end and back-end developers.
  • Data-driven and proficient in tools like Metabase, Tableau, or PowerBI, with a general interest in AI technologies.
  • A go-getter with creative and innovative ideas that significantly impact our business.
  • A numbers-driven systems thinker with a pragmatic and outcome-oriented process management style.
  • A positive spirit who fits in seamlessly with our friendly team.
  • Fluency in English and German (for working with the German market).
