Wir suchen eine*n "Lead Marketing Strategist", der*die mit innovativen Ideen und einem tiefen Verständnis für die Unterhaltungsbranche die Marketingaktivitäten unseres Unternehmens vorantreibt.

In dieser Schlüsselposition bist du verantwortlich für die Planung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien, die darauf abzielen, die Sichtbarkeit und den Erfolg unserer Produktionen zu steigern.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von umfassenden Marketingstrategien zur Maximierung des Erfolgs unserer Produktionen.
  • Überwachung und Analyse der Leistung von Marketingkampagnen sowie Anpassung der Strategien basierend auf den Ergebnissen.
  • Verwaltung des Marketingbudgets und Sicherstellung einer effektiven Ressourcennutzung.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Vertrieb, Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und externen Partnern.
  • Kreative Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung neuer Kampagneninhalte.
  • Identifizierung von Branchentrends und Zielgruppenanalysen zur Optimierung der Marketingstrategien.
  • Erstellung detaillierter Berichte über Marketingaktivitäten und KPIs zur Erfolgsmessung.
Dein Profil
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise in der Unterhaltungsbranche.
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Arbeit mit internationalen Marken.
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und eine datengetriebene Denkweise.
  • Technisches Know-how und kreative Fähigkeiten in der Erstellung von Inhalten.
  • Erfahrung in der effektiven Verwaltung von Marketingbudgets.
  • Vertrautheit mit gängigen Marketing-Tools wie Google Analytics und Google AdWords.
  • Fließende Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch sowie sichere Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
