Dein neuer Job
- Vertriebsexperte gesucht Du übernimmst den Vertrieb unseres innovativen Produkts in der gesamten DACH-Region und arbeitest eng mit unseren regionalen Area Sales Managern zusammen.
- Strategieentwicklung und Umsetzung: Du entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Vertriebsstrategien, setzt diese um und überwachst deren Erfolg.
- Kreative Gestaltung und Markterweiterung: Du erstellst und aktualisierst ansprechende Vertriebsunterlagen, erschließt neue Märkte und baust Kooperationen auf (Neukundenakquise / White Spots).
- Marktposition stärken: Du festigst und erweiterst unsere Marktposition durch Bestandskundenakquise und -entwicklung.
- Anfragenmanagement und Preisverhandlungen: Du koordinierst Kundenanfragen, Angebote und führst Preisverhandlungen direkt mit unseren Kunden.
- Datenmanagement und Kundenbeziehungen: Du pflegst und dokumentierst alle vertriebsrelevanten Daten in "salesforce" und pflegst persönliche Kontakte mit Entscheidungsträgern.
- Kundenentwicklung und Wettbewerbsanalyse: Du entwickelst strategisch unsere Bestandskunden mit hohem Potenzial und beobachtest sowie analysierst die Aktivitäten unserer Mitbewerber.
Was wir von dir erwarten
- Erfahrung und Know-how: Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung im Bereich der Automatisierungstechnik und Kenntnisse in SPS- und Visualisierungssystemen sowie industriellen Schaltanlagen.
- Vertriebsexpertise: Du bringst tiefgehende Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb mit.
- Sprachkenntnisse: Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut (mind. Niveau B2).
- Technisches Verständnis: Du hast eine gute technische Auffassungsgabe.
- Kundenorientierung: Du bist kundenorientiert und hast eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungskompetenz.
