Position Overview: We are seeking a Clinical IT Systems Manager (f/m/d) to join our D05.2 Clinical Systems team within the IKMT department. This role involves the management, support, and enhancement of clinical IT applications, particularly focusing on the hospital information system.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for the hospital information system (medico) and other clinical applications.
  • Facilitate the integration of various departments while managing user requirements.
  • Independently execute (sub-)projects related to hospital information systems and clinical workflows, coordinating with relevant organizational units.
  • Conduct risk analysis and manage risks associated with medical software.
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver user training sessions.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of in-house developments and interfaces within the information systems.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field (Bachelor's degree) or equivalent vocational training as a mathematical-technical software developer, IT specialist, or similar experience.
  • Proficient in supporting IT systems.
  • Knowledge of SQL databases, specifically Oracle and MS-SQL.
  • Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, REST, and DICOM is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of server operating systems (Windows Server 2016 and newer, Linux) and standard software (e.g., MS Office).
  • Desirable knowledge of medical processes and associated technologies.
  • Experience in managing small to medium-sized projects is a plus.
  • Proficient in programming/script/markup languages such as C#, Powershell, command shell, VB script, XML.
  • Experience in creating training materials, including eLearning content, is preferred.
  • Fluent in German with good written and spoken English skills.
  • Ability to analyze and structure requirements, processes, and tasks effectively.
  • Competence in translating technical requirements into IT-supported processes.
  • Independent, solution-oriented work ethic with strong teamwork and flexibility.
  • Capability to recognize complex relationships and think structurally.
