Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Clinical IT Systems Coordinator (f/m/d) to join our dynamic team in the D05.2 Clinical Systems department. This role involves overseeing the implementation, management, and enhancement of clinical IT systems, particularly focusing on the hospital information system.
Your Responsibilities:- Provide support for the hospital information system (medico) and other clinical applications.
- Facilitate the integration of various departments and manage user requirements effectively.
- Lead the execution of projects related to hospital information systems and clinical workflows, coordinating with relevant organizational units.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage risks associated with medical software.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver user training sessions.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of in-house developments and interfaces within the utilized information systems.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure optimal system performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent vocational training in software development or IT.
- Proven experience in supporting IT systems.
- Proficiency in SQL databases, particularly Oracle and MS-SQL.
- Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, REST, and DICOM standards is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of server operating systems (Windows Server 2016 and newer, Linux) and standard software applications (e.g., MS Office).
- Understanding of medical processes and associated technologies is desirable.
- Experience in managing small to medium-sized projects is preferred.
- Familiarity with programming and scripting languages such as C#, Powershell, and XML.
- Ability to create training materials, including eLearning content.
- Fluency in German and good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure requirements and processes effectively.
