We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Representative in our LEGO Store in Cologne.

About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth through effective product knowledge and sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized sales experiences.

  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, promotions, and sales strategies.

  • Drive sales growth through effective sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and support store operations.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of sales strategies.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.

  • Fluency in German is required, with English language skills a plus.
