Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and sales support to customers, ensuring a positive and engaging shopping experience.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience.

  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of LEGO products and services, including promotions and offers.

  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns as needed.

  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of play and creativity.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.

  • Proven sales and customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
