Student Assistant in Process Automation and Data Visualization (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
If you are eager to participate in process automation and data visualization, along with the associated technical implementation, you can contribute as a Student Assistant (m/f/d) for 19.5 hours per week, and up to 40 hours per week during semester breaks:

  • Gather requirements for the automation of processes.
  • Independently manage and execute sub-projects.
  • Assist in the technical implementation of automation initiatives using tools such as Blue Prism or Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
  • Support the development of sub-processes in automation (e.g., testing and documentation).
  • Create analyses, reports, and decision-making documents (preferably using MS Power BI).
  • Additionally, provide support in daily operational tasks.
Your Profile
  • You are pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or Natural Sciences, making you a suitable candidate for the role of Student Assistant (m/f/d) in process automation and data visualization.
  • Ideally, you have some experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software (e.g., WinAutomation, UIPath, or Blue Prism) or current data visualization tools (e.g., MS Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense).
  • Programming skills in Visual Basic (VB) or Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) will be advantageous for your role.
  • You possess excellent German language skills.
  • Your analytical thinking and methodical approach complete your qualifications.
