Your Role

As a Construction Manager (m/w/d) at IMD Infrastrukturanlagen Montagedienstleistung GmbH, a subsidiary of Vitronet Holding GmbH, you will be responsible for:

  • Efficiently managing personnel, machinery, and vehicles to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Supervising site barriers and safety measures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Handling customer relations and procurement of new contracts to drive business growth.
  • Maintaining communications with key customers, authorities, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Participating in monthly contract monitoring meetings to review project progress and address any challenges.
Your Skills
  • Hold a degree in Civil Engineering, certification as a Gas and Water Network Master, or specialization in Electrical Engineering.
  • Preferably have some experience in construction management to lead projects effectively.
  • Possess a valid Class B driver's license to operate company vehicles.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German to interact with colleagues and clients.
  • Demonstrate independence, dedication, and teamwork to drive project success.
