Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our team at GC-GRUPPE, a leading wholesale company for building technology in Germany.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and planning new and existing buildings, as well as overseeing construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed building plans and specifications
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure project success
• Manage construction projects, including budgeting and scheduling
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Provide expert advice on building design and construction

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and construction
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
