We are seeking a skilled Architect (m/f/d) to enhance our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leverage your architectural expertise for new developments and expansion initiatives.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation for building permits and manage detailed planning processes.
• Oversee tenders and develop performance specifications.
• Collaborate effectively with external engineering specialists and meticulously evaluate property proposals.
• Opportunity for a decentralized work location within a GC facility.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• A degree in Architecture.
• Significant experience in a comparable position, ideally within the industrial construction sector.
• Strong skills in design development, execution planning, cost estimation, and budget management.
• In-depth knowledge of construction and planning regulations.
• Proficiency in AVA and CAD software, preferably Allplan-Architecture.
• Demonstrated initiative, effective time management, and a commitment to high-quality standards.
• A proactive approach and readiness to travel as needed.
