Quality Assurance Specialist

We are currently seeking a full-time EMPLOYEE (M/F/D) - QUALITY ASSURANCE AND DIAGNOSIS to join our team in Cologne.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct partial repairs and service tasks on our luxury watches in collaboration with our workshop team.
- Verify the authenticity and functionality of watches during the receiving process.
- Independently manage the quality assurance of our products and services, ensuring they meet current standards.
- Actively engage with our workshop team and oversee the inspection of incoming goods.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal teams and clients regarding quality and authenticity inquiries, as well as handling service-related tasks.
- Completion of an apprenticeship as a watchmaker or in a similar skilled trade.
- A strong interest in precision mechanics, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for working with metals and precious materials.
- Reliability and a genuine enthusiasm for luxury watches, coupled with the ability to work autonomously.
- Proficiency in German and English is preferred, along with strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
