Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Arvato Systems. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and Optimization of CI/CD Processes: Design, implement, and optimize Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes to ensure seamless software delivery.
  • Container Orchestration and Management: Manage and maintain container orchestration systems like Kubernetes to ensure efficient and scalable software deployment.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Plan, execute, and monitor testing activities throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure high-quality software products.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive testing of software products.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer support, to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Problem-Solving and Analysis: Identify, document, and track software errors, and work with development teams to resolve issues and improve software quality.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to ensure alignment with industry best practices and company goals.

Requirements:

  • Education: Relevant degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar field.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge in DevOps, container orchestration, and cloud technologies, including Terraform and Ansible.
  • Certifications: ISTQB certification or equivalent in Software Quality Assurance.
  • Experience: Experience in infrastructure as code management, test automation, and test management tools.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
