About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for an exceptional individual to join our post-merger integration team at IU Group, driving the expansion of our Canadian university programs. As Academic Director - Canadian Degrees, you will be responsible for ensuring that our degree programs meet the Canadian market's needs and are aligned with Maritime standards.

You will orchestrate various academic teams, program chairs, regulatory requirements, and deadlines to ensure the successful rollout of new programs. Your expertise in project management, people skills, and regulatory requirements will be essential in this role.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of 5 assisting with documentation and program development.
  • Grow into a senior management position, further developing your expertise in regulatory requirements, project management, and people skills.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet Canadian regulatory requirements and ensure program compliance.
Your Profile
  • Outstanding project management skills, ideally perfected in a consulting firm.
  • Demonstrated leadership and excellent people management skills.
  • KPI-oriented leadership style with experience in P&L responsibility.
  • High affinity for digital learning and strong organizational skills.
  • Self-starter, solution-oriented, and enthusiastic about creative solutions.
  • Willing to engage with your team on an equal footing and inspire them.
  • PhD holder.
